Application Form- Fill out and return before attending training time.
Reference Form- send references out to THREE specific different types of people as requested on page 3 of application form.
Training Time Schedule- all new potential volunteers must attend a training time. Please check the training schedule to sign up.
Please remember that if no one signs up for an evening training we will cancel it so please make certain that you let us know you are coming.
